Dealer application terms
The following is the text presented for express acceptance in the dealer registration form. A record of the accepted version and acceptance time is saved with the application.
- I confirm that the business and contact details and documents in this application are accurate, current, and supplied with authority to represent the business.
- I authorize SKPL to review the submitted documents and contact me to verify my business and assess this dealer application.
- Submitting this application does not grant dealership status or portal access. SKPL will decide whether to approve or reject it after verification.
- If approved, I will protect my Dealer ID and password, change the temporary password at first login, and use dealer-only product and pricing information for authorized business purposes.
Dealer registration is an application for review. Approval, dealer pricing, territories, exclusivity, credit, and other commercial arrangements require SKPL's separate written confirmation where applicable.
Quotations, proforma invoices, and orders
A dealer-submitted quotation is a request for SKPL review. SKPL may review and revise its products, quantities, prices, discounts, taxes, and other commercial details. An approved quotation is converted to a proforma invoice (PI) for the dealer. A PI is a proposed commercial document, not a tax invoice, proof of payment, or a confirmed order. Dealer confirmation of the specific PI requires the SKPL confirmation process, including a one-time code sent to the dealer's registered email. A separate purchase order may be required where SKPL specifies. The final order and invoice are later, distinct records. The point at which a transaction becomes binding depends on the terms SKPL confirms for that transaction. This page does not set payment, delivery, cancellation, warranty, or territory terms.
Accounts and content
Portal access is for approved dealers. Keep credentials confidential and tell SKPL promptly if you suspect unauthorized account use. Website content and product materials belong to SKPL or their respective owners. Do not reproduce them for commercial use without permission.
Changes and contact
SKPL may update these website terms. A new dealer application terms version will be shown when an applicant is asked to accept changed terms; prior application records keep the version accepted at submission.
